**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the day-to-day marketing campaigns, offers, acquisition, and retention promotions for ahm’s Financial Products offering - this includes car, home, life, travel, and pet insurance.

Working cross-functionally, you will be happy to roll up your sleeves to deliver digital campaign assets and help ensure we deliver against the multi-channel media plan on budget and against key metrics

**What will your day look like?**
- Assist in the planning and coordination of ahm Financial Product’s targeted offers/promotions, trigger-based and digital campaign activity to deliver acquisition & revenue growth
- Assist in the development of tactical BAU creative - inputting into the brief, liaising with internal stakeholders to create the assets
- Assist in the execution of a program of targeted campaigns
- Support the day-to-day management of creative agencies to produce campaign assets for ahm owned and paid channels.
- Be part of the delivery and optimisation of campaigns that drive online traffic
- Assist with social media content from an acquisition perspective, helping build and execute campaign-related social media content that drives engagement and direct response.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all activity is measurable and targets are clearly communicated

You have proven experience in marketing communications and are confident with end-to-end campaign management.

You have a self-motivated working style and enjoy solving problems.
