Warrikal are currently seeking HDPE Piping Supervisors to join our Civil projects team in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, Warrikal have current and upcoming work with major resource partners with both long and short term projects.

**PROVEN CAPABILITIES OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION OF**
- HDPE piping and construction of water infrastructure.
- Water infrastructure management
- Commissioning and management of water infrastructure assets

**DUTIES OF THE ROLE**
- Manage labour, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works.
- Lead shift pre-start meetings and proactively drive safety values and core behaviors.
- Ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely.
- Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring the workforce.
- Manage work packs, work orders and complete time and attendance daily.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate day to day works.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experienced in concrete placing and finishing.
- Appointed Persons - Section 44.
- Working Rights within Australia.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Able to interpret and follow design models and engineering drawings.
- Able to maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
- Commitment to safe work habits and our core values.
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management is advantageous.
