Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a FIFO HDPE (High-density Polyethylene) Civils Supervisor to join our Projects team. This role is an integral part of our Projects division and offer the opportunity to work across multiple clients, sites, and locations on Greenfields and Brownfields fixed plant projects throughout Western Australia.

**THE ROLE**

As a HDPE Civil Supervisor you will be responsible for:

- Supervise works to ensure all is completed to the client and company specifications
- Lead a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key deliverables
- Plan and schedule HDPE Civil activities and labour requirements
- Monitor and report on the project progress and to coordinate and identify issues as they arise
- Read and interpret detailed HDPE and Mechanical scopes, P&ID take offs and structural drawings accurately
- Work in a safe and friendly environment where you are supported and rewarded
- Investigation, reporting and addressing of all incidents

**ABOUT YOU**
- Australian recognised Poly Welding Certificate
- Mechanical or Fabrication Trade Certificate
- Experience in Remote Site fixed plant mining maintenance
- A high level of mechanical aptitude with a throughout understanding of engineering principles
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience
- The ability to manage and execute end to scope to project timelines
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- The ability to communicate effectively across all facets of the business verbally and in writing
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
- A National Police Check
