**The Role**
Every decision we make is designed with our customers, teams and safety at the heart. Our Supply Chain processes are always changing to adjust to the ever evolving needs of our customers and the need for ultimate convenience, even more so in the current societal climate.

Your role is to oversee the execution of the operational workflow, through the International Supply Chain for customers. To engage customers through regular operational and market updates. Along with ensuring service providers are held accountable for service delivery to agreed, customer-specific SLAa.

**Key responsibilities will be**:

- Owner of operational business engagement with internal stakeholders and external customers alongside key account managers
- Managing all operational exceptions and customer solutions
- Managing service providers' performance to ensure performance to SLAs
- Conducting regular analysis of key performance measures for service providers and specific customer SLAs
- Proactively engaging internal and external stakeholders throughout the supply chain
- Responsible for providing regular market updates to commercial team and the customers
- Participate in customer’s QBR sessions

**About you**:
You love operations. You are customer centric and will bring great energy and enthusiasm to the role. Demonstrating care and commitment to customers and team members. Building rapport with ease and strong relationships with our team members and customers. Together with demonstrated success in a similar role, we are seeking the following;
- A strong understanding and experience in international shipping or freight forwarding, 3-5 years
- Ability to engage and guide direct reports
- Ability to create engaging and data driven packs and present information to various business units with data insights
- Manage service providers to ensure performance to SLAs
- Confident and effective communicator with the ability to explain concepts both verbally and written clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully interact with stakeholders verbally and through data.
- Ability to assess situations and advise stakeholders on opportunities, solutions, and outcomes.
- Demonstrates influencing, negotiation, and decision making skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite and Excel.
