**Job Description**:
Do you have a passion for coordinating all things Front of House and thrive on providing exemplary customer service? If so, we want you to join our team
We are seeking a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join Sodexo's small corporate team in a highly regarded pharmaceutical company based in Sydney CBD.
Your reception duties will include greeting internal and external clients, managing visitor records, meeting room bookings and assisting with facilitating catering.
And as the office administrator you will also work with mailroom processes, AV/VC support and maintaining staff areas.
**Who are we looking for?**
You will ideally have previous customer facing experience in a professional environment dealing with clients in a confident manner.
Your background may also include experience in a corporate catering or 5 star hotel operation.
You will have solid Microsoft office skills and have enthusiasm in learning new systems. And a bright, happy personality that will thrive in a busy team of five
