**Job Description** About the Role: Group Commercial Finance Manager**

We’re looking for a **Group Commercial Finance Manager** who will lead the FP&A, commercial, and decision support services across our dynamic business. This role is pivotal in ensuring we can budget, forecast, and track performance across our extensive portfolio of clinics in Australia and New Zealand. As a commercial partner to the business, you’ll be at the forefront of driving key decisions that shape our future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **budgeting and forecasting process** across the group
- Use data-driven insights to provide **advanced financial reporting and decision support**:

- Act as a **strategic business partner** to ensure financial decisions align with business objectives
- Lead the **financial modeling** for new investments and projects
- ** Mentor and develop** your finance team to achieve excellence
- Promote a strong **Health & Safety** culture throughout the organization

**Qualifications**
**About You**:

- A seasoned finance leader with **7-10 years’ experience**:

- Big 4 consulting experience highly regarded
- ** CA/CPA qualified**, with strong business acumen and a passion for driving success
- Experience in a **multi-site** or retail environment is a plus
- Proficient in **Dynamics 365**, **PowerBI**, and financial analysis
- A natural leader who’s as comfortable with the big picture as they are with the details
