Aston Carter’s global leading social media client is looking for a Creative Strategist to join their creative marketing team the role is a 12 month max term contract based in Barangaroo, Sydney.

The role is an opportunity to work within the global creative team, tasked with inventing and building world-class, socially designed marketing ideas for the world’s largest brand marketers. We obsessively pursue the business and creative possibilities of the new, across all of our platforms and products.

The team works with advertisers, agencies, production companies, creators and studios to develop best-in-class creative across the main social media platforms and other emerging platforms. Our team has grown from a variety of backgrounds, like Brand Strategists, Content Creators and Creative Directors but we’re united by our passion for game-changing creative work.

This position located in our Sydney office but with responsibilities for briefs across ANZ.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take lead role in the creating of world-class campaigns for ANZ's biggest brands, collaborating with internal and external partners to help facilitate outcomes.
- Strategically identify opportunities for our platforms to boost businesses and connect communities.
- Help CS ANZ work with Product teams on our platforms to learn and use new product solutions, driving timely innovation and relevance for global clients on local markets;

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Proven experience, 8 years plus, as a creative in a professional environment eg creative agency/influencer agency working with clients and producing work to answer briefs.
- Strong passion for visual storytelling via photography, videography and/or animation.
- Comfort and understanding of Meta platforms, a willingness to learn all aspect of the platform;
- Proven experience creating advertising or content.
- Able to think big, originate ideas and think strategically.
- Entrepreneurial - this team is inventing every day and it takes tenacity, bravery and the ability to see the big opportunities to thrive;
- Creative - Able to think big
- A strong passion for people and desire to help our clients connect with customers in an impactful way
