Full job description

Duties and Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Lead end to end project lifecycle management.

  • Identify and develop new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and digital platforms across target sectors.

  • Manage client relationships from initial contact through onboarding and long term account development.

  • Plan, coordinate and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the specified quality standards.

  • Oversee contract administration, including reviewing scopes of work, issuing instructions and managing variations and claims.

  • Develop detailed project schedules, procurement plans and resource allocations to guide project execution.

  • Coordinate cross functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication, effective project delivery and achieve business goals.

  • Track progress, manage risks, escalate issues, and ensure alignment with scope and standards.

  • Ensure accurate record keeping, reporting and documentation of project milestones, approvals and communications.

  • Manage budgets, track expenditures and work with the finance team to maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Organize and lead project status meetings and conduct post project reviews to evaluate success and recommend improvements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Diploma of Construction Management or Engineering;

  • Minimum one years experience working within a similar role;

  • Should be very knowledgeable in Building construction processes.

  • Excellent communication skills;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 – $80,000. per year

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)

Work Location: In person in Stapylton, Qld
