**Marketing Assistant**

Casual/Part Time 15-20 hours per week, the role will progress to Part Time/Full Time.

**Requirements and skills**
- Excellent literacy and grammatical skills.
- Strong Work Ethic and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Good understanding of office management
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.

**Preferred, Not Essential**
- BA in Marketing, Business or relevant field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Social Media Department’s activities including drafting and scheduling content for clientele.
- Supporting marketing executives in organising and executing various projects.
- Conducting market research and analysis.

**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a zealous Marketing Assistant to support the Adcraft’s Social Media department of our company in its primary, and administrative duties.

**Marketing Assistant Job Duties**

Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organising campaigns, copywriting, and developing marketing strategies.

This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

**Tasks**
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Support marketing executives in organising various projects.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Update reports, spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
- Assist in the organising of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Compose and post online content. Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.

**What does the role entail?**

Marketing Assistants are an integral part of our team. They provide support and help with senior-level projects, including executive campaigns that will impact company sales. They can assist all members of the Marketing department on various projects depending on priority.

A Marketing Assistant usually reports to the Marketing Managers but also assists other members of the marketing such as project managers, and designers.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
