Purpose

This newly created role will be responsible for the day to day Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution support for Alcon across Australia and New Zealand.

- Experience with SAP, SAP BI & VIM Analytics & Salesforce
- Intermediate/Advanced experience with Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Visio, Teams)

Role and Responsibility

Inbound

Processing, Reconciling and Reporting on Inbound Delivery activities

Weekly reporting on Open returns and Reconciliation

Outbound

Processing, Reconciling and Reporting on Outbound Delivery activities

Inventory

Processing, Reconciling and Reporting in Inventory related activities including Cycle count, Scrapping, Expiry Management, Serialised & Batch Management & Stock Reconciliation

Reporting

Warehouse and Distribution reporting including but not limited to KPI Reporting, Financial Reporting, Audit reporting, Reporting and investigation for Issues including root cause analysis

Administration

Critical Business Performance Analysis

Preparation of reports to support Budget and monthly forecast completion & Strategic Plans, Monthly Business Review, Strategic planning and ad-hoc business reviews. Analyse data to identify trends and anomalies in financials and KPI metrics and highlight to Logistics Manager and Head of Customer Operations and Warehousing & Distribution.

You will also be required to support and perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.
