We are looking for an **AV Support **Analyst for one of our clients in Sydney, Australia

**Short Description**:
Suppose your passion is to work with supporting the c-suite,service-oriented view and AV services. Then this role is for you.

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- As the resource will be supporting the c-suite, GM’s, section managers, team leads, and other staff, we require a resource who is fluent and very articulate in English and able to adapt communications styles according to the user.
- We also require someone who has a service-oriented view and can identify support and knowledge gaps and suggest ways to improve the support services
- Able to write instructional documents etc for end user
- Able to hold training sessions to uplift the user skills with respect to new AV services
- Has technically sound desktop, Teams and Zoom skills, basic AV hardware knowledge with basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Able to learn quickly on the job.

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Subcontract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $130,000.00 per year

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
