**The Company**
Our client is a leading provider of audio-visual solutions, and specialise in working with primary and secondary schools in Sydney to enhance the educational experience through innovative technology. They are dedicated to staying at the forefront of AV Technology, providing cutting-edge solutions to classrooms and learning environments.

**The Role**
As an AV Service Technician & Programmer, you will bring a deep understanding of AV Systems and networks, combined with high level certifications in Q-SYS and AMX programming. You will be responsible for high level technical support, diagnose and troubleshoot problems with AV Systems to project design assistance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high level technical support and knowledge of all aspects of AV, audio, and networks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with AV systems, including large venue systems, classroom systems, distributed public address, large format projectors, LED displays, video walls, and control systems
- Be willing to engage in a hybrid workload, consisting of on-the-road based AV Service Technician works, AV Install works, and project design assistance where required.
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and rack layouts to ensure accurate installation
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration and timely completion of projects
- Maintain relevant documentation related to handover and commissioning
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices to provide the highest level of service to our clients
- knowledge of the construction industry and be able to work in the field (job sites) as well as in the office/warehouse
- High level technical support & amp; knowledge of all aspects of AV, audio, and networks.
- Ability to fault find and diagnose problems with AV systems
- Sound knowledge of AV peripherals such as large format projectors, LED displays, video walls, and control systems
- High level certification in Q-SYS, AMX, Dante, Crestron or Biamp is required, including relevant programming and product knowledge.
- Certification in leading product brands such as Bose and other leading manufacturers
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with install team and clients
