Are you passionate about creating captivating content and building communities? We're seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Dutton Automotive. Collaborate directly with the CMO and Site Leaders to shape and execute our social media and community engagement strategy. Bring your expertise and create innovative and engaging daily content that resonates across multiple platforms, connecting with our dedicated community.
**Responsibilities include**:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify target audience and create content that resonates with them.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure a competitive edge.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand materials.
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts to optimize reach and engagement.
Community Engagement:
- Foster and nurture a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and industry conversations.
- Encourage user-generated content and customer advocacy.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of social and traffic KPIs on a weekly basis, with monthly reporting on community development and engagement.
- Report on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize results.
Campaign Management:
- Spearhead social campaign management and offer support from ideation to execution for product launches.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to maintain brand consistency.
- Plan & execute social media campaigns to support dealership launches, promotions, and sponsorship related events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment.
Social Advertising:
- Develop & implement paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor & optimize ad performance to achieve desired outcomes within budget.
- Provide customer service support through direct engagement across our social channels.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.
- Experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability & persistence to get the work done.
- Strong analytical skills enabling you to interpret data and report on performance and KPIs.
- A comprehensive understanding of all social platforms and a commitment to staying informed about platform changes.
- Creative aptitude to conceptualise and deliver engaging content aligned with our brand values.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools.
- Strong multitasking skills.
