**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement and maintain systems related to internal and external audits including the residential care Accreditation Processes, National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program and Serious Incident Response Scheme
- Coordinate the continuous improvement and quality activities for the business
- Monitor feedback to Care Centres and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented
- Conduct internal audits
- Production of monthly statistical data
- Provide support to Care Services teams for quality reviews and feedback

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience working in the Aged Care industry in a similar role
- In depth knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse
- Methodical and analytical with the ability to understand complex legislation
- High level understanding of the principles of continuous improvement and quality assurance
- Working rights within Australia
- National Police Clearance less than 6 months old or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Influenza Statement
- Minimum three doses of Covid 19 Vaccination
