**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a brilliant Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team to efficiently support in the end-to-end purchasing process and be the first point of contact for our international and local suppliers. You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and working alongside the purchasing and supply chain team.
Key duties will include but not limited to:
- Prepare purchase orders;
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery;
- Liaise with suppliers about schedules, delivery dates, back-orders, missed or late deliveries and other problems;
- Prepare purchase shipment paperwork;
- Create purchase invoices;
- Review what’s been received against what was invoiced for (Receipt of incoming goods);
- Investigate, resolve, and close out mismatches between invoice and purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner;
- Coordinate with Warehouse staff to ensure proper storage of supplies, to monitor stock levels and place orders as required;
- Reporting of purchases, including cost analysis;
- Negotiation of pricing; and
- Assisting Supply Chain Manager / Team Leader as required.

Additional skills/knowledge required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Payable/Purchasing role (ideally purchasing direct materials, mechanical parts and tooled parts);
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Desirable);
- Unparalleled attention to detail to ensure a high standard of accuracy in data entry;
- Ability to manipulate extract and create data from ERP system;
- Strong communication, time management and personal organisation skills;
- The ability to work with different stakeholders;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills;
- The ability to help solve problems and provide solutions;
- A focus on quality;
- Previous experience with Ostendo will be highly regarded; and
- Experience with international shipping, in particular with Global based suppliers (desirable).
