Our Transformation Team work across design and delivery; supporting our customers and delivering against our broad portfolio of private, public and hybrid cloud offerings. Operational requirements include: project coordination, reporting and quality assurance, all while lending operational input to ensure continuous improvement.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
**The skills we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in Project Coordination role(s) in a System Integrator, MSP or ISP-oriented environment
- Exposure to Waterfall or Agile project methodologies
- A high degree of organisational prowess
- Strong interpersonal capabilities
- Superior communication skills
- The ability to coordinate project resources and schedules
- IT technical experience working in an ITSM environment and familiarity with ITIL processes
