- PR/020057_1670388623Finite are working with their partners to assist Defence and Defence Industry in delivering some the most advanced, critical, complex and strategic acquisition programs in our nation's history. As a result of continued success and trust; we are seeking an experienced Project Scheduling Analyst to support our client's Integrated Program Planning and Control (PP&C) team; within their Defence programs.

In this role, you will provide guidance and analysis within the areas of Scheduling, Variance Analysis, Budgeting and Project Management. Allocated within the program management team you will consult and provide advice to further develop and support the program plan.

**Key Responsibilities**

Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule

Liaise and collaborate with business units leads to develop intermediate schedules and integrate into the master schedule

Monitor various project schedule progress against baselines, identify issues/risk and works to provide strategic plans and processes

Provide regular schedule reports, highlighting issues affecting program execution; whilst making mitigation recommendations

Develop, incorporate and manage schedules and plans to ensure company policies, procedures and guidelines are being adhered to

Support ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits

**Skills & Experience**

Formal Project Management with relevant experience in project scheduling, planning or project management

Experience with Earned Value concepts

Highly developed analytical skills

Demonstrated experience using scheduling software (OPP, Primavera or MS Project)

Previous Defence project experience will be highly regarded

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ideally hold an active Defence security clearance or been an eligible Australian to obtain a Defence security clearance
