**Our opportunity**

We have a great opportunity for a Delivery Lead to join our Group Technology team on our Capacity, Risk & Refresh Program. The Capacity, Risk and Refresh (CRR) program is a key initiative at Australian Unity that addresses currency and prioritises risk across all business units. This program focuses on uplifting infrastructure and quality while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements for legacy business systems.

As the Delivery Lead, you will manage the Core Infrastructure stream with a specific focus on managing multiple small to medium-sized initiatives related to system uplift of business systems and infrastructure, network firewalls, and security across the enterprise. With significant technical knowledge and experience, you will be comfortable leading working groups and collaborating closely with the Program Manager, Product Owner, business, and technology stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.

The Delivery Lead must possess strong servant leadership skills to effectively lead, mentor, and develop teams and project resources using a blend of plan-driven and agile approaches. The role may also require analysing alternative solution options and presenting a detailed case for the recommended solution, including a thorough analysis of risk and return on investment.

The Delivery Lead must possess the ability to manage a combination of internal and external resources, develop project plans, technical requirements, user stories, implementation plans, sprint reviews, and post-implementation reviews.

**About you**
- Degree qualifications of Bachelor of Information Systems, Business Management, or similar
- Demonstrated experience experience as a Technical Project Manager with a comprehensive understanding of project management principles such as waterfall and agile
- of hands-on experience delivering infrastructure solutions across hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud). Additionally, experienced in leading teams, business, and technology stakeholders towards a common outcome
- Solid cross-functional experience in delivering small-medium sized complex IT Projects in unstructured environments.
- Capable of working comfortably in a matrix environment, dealing with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Analysts, and vendors to deliver business solutions aligned with project objectives
- Solid experience leading multiple Agile teams, business and technology stakeholders to an expected outcome
- SAFe Certification with hands-on experience working as an Agile Coach/ RTE/ SPC/ Delivery Lead will be highly regarded
- Project/Change Management qualifications/certifications are highly desirable
