**About the role**:
Reporting to the Client Service Centre Operations Manager, in this fulltime permanent position, you will be based at our office in Brisbane. You will aim to achieve maximum daily productivity for our assessment workforce

**Your responsibilities**:
Be the first point of contact for all availability and scheduling enquiries

Actively work to ensure that a mínimal number of assessments are rescheduled ensuring client satisfaction

Contribute to and support timely assignment of assessments

Work closely with the Client Service Centre to achieve positive outcomes for clients, assessors and APM

Preparing reports and presenting data for key stakeholders

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
Experience as a scheduling coordinator or similar

Experience in stakeholder management

High attention to detail

Strong customer service skills

Computer skills in Microsoft Office
