Nutrition Warehouse is growing fast, and we are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join the team on a 6 month contract to support to drive and execute key L&D projects that will take our team to new heights

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Learning and Capability Lead, and working closely with operational leaders and SME’s, you will design solutions to tackle our retail team's everyday challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop short online modules and amazing in-store learning experiences that support Sales Specialists to deliver customer service that WOWs;
- Design helpful resources for Sales Specialists and Store Managers including cheat sheets and how-to guides;
- Develop performance outcomes to measure the effectiveness of learning experiences, evaluate performance, and make recommendations for improvements; and
- Support the Learning and Capability Lead with the build and implementation of our new LMS.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for someone who takes a true partnership approach with SME’s to really understand the learning needs and can translate into an engaging and effective learning experience.
- 3+ years experience in designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences
- Experience using project management tools
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Graphic design and multimedia experience
