**St Joseph’s College Coomera is delighted to announce the availability of full-time continuing teaching positions for secondary teachers commencing January 2025.**

**We are seeking dynamic and dedicated educators with expertise in one or more of the following teaching areas: Design and Media, English, Religious Education, and Health and Physical Education (HPE).**

**Design and Media**
**Our Design and Media program is designed to inspire creativity and innovation. We are looking for teachers who can guide students through the complexities of visual communication, multimedia projects, and digital technologies. Applicants should be proficient in contemporary design software and possess a keen understanding of media production processes.**

**English**
**The English department at St Joseph’s College Coomera aims to develop students' critical thinking, communication skills, and literary appreciation. We seek educators who are passionate about literature, language, and writing, and who can motivate students to express themselves effectively and to engage thoughtfully with diverse texts.**

- Commitment to engage with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to achieve the best outcomes
- Demonstrated competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers across professional knowledge, practice and engagement.

**At BCE our teachers are required to**:

- Hold a current Queensland College of Teachers registration; and
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
