About the roleAs a Project Supervisor / Manager at Access Cabinets Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction & fitout projects in the Perth & occasional regional areas.
Reporting back to the management team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with the factory production foreman & other subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This full-time position is based in our Balcatta office with regular site attendance required.What you'll be doingOverseeing all on-site construction activities and managing the workflow to meet project timelines and milestonesCoordinating and supervising subcontractor installers and associated trades to ensure efficient and effective project deliveryIdentifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process and reporting these back to relevant personal.Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards expectedMaintaining clear and effective communication with clients, project stakeholders, and the wider project teamPreparing progress reports and updating project schedules as requiredContributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the teamWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or Project Manager in the cabinetmaking & construction industryStrong understanding of cabinetmaking & fitout methods, materials, and industry regulationsExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skillsProficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specificationsProven ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and tradesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project teamStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, overtime when requiredComputer literate with ability to update assisting programs & appsWhat we offerAt Access Cabinets Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters professional development and personal growth.
