Site Supervisor – Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations

Perth, Western Australia | Full-time | Company Vehicle Provided

Gia's Renovations is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Perth. This is a full-time, hands-on role overseeing the successful delivery of bathroom and kitchen renovation projects from start to finish. You'll be on-site daily, working closely with trades, suppliers, and clients to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard, on time, and on budget.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and manage all on-site activities for bathroom and kitchen renovation projects
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple renovation sites at the same time
  • Supervise and schedule trades including tilers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other subcontractors
  • Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including deliveries, waste removal, and site safety
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep projects running smoothly
  • Liaise directly with clients to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and installed as per project schedules
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site at all times

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in site supervision, preferably in bathroom and kitchen renovations
  • Strong trade knowledge and practical understanding of renovation sequencing and requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple renovation sites and coordinate multiple trades
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with clients, trades, and suppliers
  • Construction White Card and Supervisor Safety Training
  • Relevant trade background or qualification highly regarded
