**Overview of the Team**

The People, Property and Security team has responsibility for providing a broad range of enabling services to support Comcare and its employees. Services include Work Health and Safety, Recruitment, Injury Management, Workplace Relations, Change Management, HR Systems and Payroll, People Development, Workforce Strategy, Security and Property.

**Overview of the Role**

Under limited direction, the role is responsible for providing advice and support to employees and managers in relation to employment conditions, performance management, code of conduct, grievances, change management and dispute resolution, and for assisting with the development and review of supporting industrial policies and procedures.

**Desirable Qualifications/Experience**
- Highly Desirable -Proven experience working in Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relations (IR) and/or Change Management within the public sector environment, or equivalent experience within the private sector.
- Desirable - HR/IR and/or change management qualifications.

**Eligibility and Specific Conditions of Employment**
- Australian citizenship.
- Character clearance (police records check).
- Health clearance.
- Six months probationary period for new engagements.
- Security Clearance: Baseline
