Montefiore, a leading provider of aged care services is committed to delivering exceptional care and support. We are seeking a compassionate and highly organised Residential Admissions Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Randwick.
As a key member of the Residential Admissions Team, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families. You will provide high-level administrative support, manage documentation, and maintain up-to-date records to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and maintain all administrative aspects of the admissions process
- Accurately update resident information in various databases
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls
- Manage stationary and collateral inventory, including ordering and distribution
- Provide professional and empathetic support to residents and families throughout the admissions journey
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and meaningful resident experience
**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in Administration roles, preferably within a health or aged care setting, but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and third-party platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
- High level of integrity, empathy, and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with numerical data and documentation
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and privacy in a healthcare environment
- A customer-first approach
