You will work collaboratively with our Clinical Nurse Specialist, Registered Nurses and Assistant Nurses in upholding clinical excellence by promoting and driving a culture of continuous learning and development. In this varied role, some of your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) advising on clinical issues, driving AN-ACC, promoting best practice, assisting with admissions, medication management, documentation, managing staff and assisting the Executive Care Manager with rostering. **Essential Criteria**: - Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience - Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement - Demonstrated knowledge and experience in AN-ACC - Extensive experience supporting consumers living with dementia - Previous experience managing staff - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Well-developed organisational skills - Experience with rostering - Experience in palliative care will be highly regarded **About You**: You will be an effective communicator and strong team player who is passionate about caring for consumers.
