Are you ready to step into a pivotal leadership role at the heart of systems innovation?

At MFG, we're looking for a **Boomi Integration Lead**to drive the development, integration, and performance of all MFG systems. You'll lead a talented team of programmers, ensuring top-level support, rapid issue resolution, and seamless system functionality.

**More about the role**
- Design and deliver end-to-end integration solutions, and additional services
- Lead middleware development activities and provide Level 3 technical support
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver key outcomes across system testing, set-up, and cutover execution
- Assign responsibilities clearly and sustainably across your team
- Support team capability building, especially in the technical areas critical to MFG's future

**About you**
- **MUST HAVE** - Hands-on experience with Boomi Enterprise at an intermediate to expert level
- Team leadership
- Experience working with systems within a retail environment
- Extensive experience in integration engineering/development of business systems
- Expertise in MSSQL, Power Apps, and system integration architecture, and ensuring scalable, high-quality system integrations
- Documentation creation experience
