**Position Summary**: As the Integration Lead, you will take charge of a team of 5 integration developers, with the aim of expanding and strengthening the team further. Your role will involve leading the team in Azure integrations and driving the successful delivery of integration projects. A strong background in Azure integrations is essential, and experience with.Net is preferred. In addition to technical expertise, you will also be responsible for stakeholder management, peer reviews, and hands-on requirement handling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of 5 integration developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Drive the successful implementation of Azure integration projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
- Perform peer reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Actively participate in hands-on requirement handling and contribute to the development process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Integration Lead or similar role, with a focus on Azure integrations.
- Strong background in Azure integration technologies and patterns, with the ability to design and deliver scalable solutions.
- Preferably, experience with.Net development and related technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct peer reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
