Are you looking for you a role that gets you out and about meeting people? A part-time position that allows flexibility to plan your day? Our inner-city agency is looking for a Routine Inspections Officer.
- Part -Time 20-25 hours per week flexible Mon-Fri
- Hourly rate +Super+Car Allowance

**What will you be doing?**

You will be the friendly face that our valued tenants get to see when you visit their homes. Being the eyes and ears for our Property Management team you will liase with the tenants to help identify maintenance issues, check that items work as they should, and that the property is being kept in the correct manner. Also help us to identify any items that may require updating in the future to help our landlord clients maintain a desirable property and help them achieve their investment goals.
You will be in control of scheduling the inspections to ensure they are completed in the correct time frames as needed. Also ensuring that the adequate notices are sent to tenants advising of their upcoming inspections. Visit the properties and complete an inspection report including photos using one of the most up to date inspections Apps on the market.
**What will you need?**

We do ask that you have your Real Estate Registration or have recently completed your registration course. This role is open to new recruits to the Real Estate industry as well as someone who has been in the industry and is looking for flexible part time work.
Also you will need a reliable vehicle and driver's license
