Fast growing digital marketing agency based in Sydney with clients all across Australia. We specialise in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google Ads Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Web Design. Our main goal is to help businesses grow and be found online with mínimal complexity as we are a performance based agency.

**The Role**:
As a B2B Sales Development Representative (Intern) your main focus will be to engage with SMEs and potential clients through outbound cold calling, door-to-door sales or relevant means. In the Digital Sales position, your core goal will be to identify and qualify potential new high-value Australian-based client opportunities to present digital marketing consultations.

Experience in the digital marketing industry and B2B sales experience is preferred.

**Highly generous uncapped commission based structure**:
8 Weeks Trial Period (40 Working Days)

Uncapped commission-based structure basis: (referral fee to be paid) per new client that successfully on boards. (SEO, SEM Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Website Design & Development)

- ABN/ACN
- Phone & Laptop/iPad

**About You**:

- Great communication, influencing and negotiation skills

- Goal focused with a competitive edge (hunger to exceed expectations)

- Must be an Australian citizen or resident

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting, lead-generation, appointment setting and development of new client accounts
- Secure meetings with high-level decision makers and influencers
- Engaging in a consultative mode to understand and capitalise on clients needs
- Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients
- Travel when necessary to meet clients in person at industry conferences and client meetings

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
