Your role will be to provide an exceptional customer service experience. **ABOUT THE ROLE** PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with one of our clients and are looking for Emergency Call Centre Agents to join their team in Eastern Suburbs location. Your role will be to provide an exceptional customer service experience. This is a high volume and fast paced role in which you are required to provide accurate connections to Police, Fire and Ambulance dispatchers across the country at the request of the customer. You will be required to follow strict protocols and procedure to ensure every call is taken quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Calls are KPI measured and high-quality service must be provided on every call. **The call centre operates 24/7. You could be rostered to start shift as early as 5am but also as late as 4pm. Most shifts are 8h with 30 min lunch break.** **Duties** - Answering calls from all over Australia - Efficiently connecting all emergency calls to Police, Fire or Ambulance dispatchers - Provide consistent and high-quality service - Ensuring customers are treated with an empathetic approach **ESSESNTIAL REQUIREMENTS** - Previous customer service experience ideally within a contract centre or face to face environment. - Strong problem solving skills - A positive and resilient outlook - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A stable working history - A "Can Do" attitude **HOW TO APPLY** Arek Szabelski 0282523102 **Who are we** At PERSOLKELLY, our passion is - and always has been - putting you first.
