You’ll be part of our School of Tech squad, within the Tech Community Programs tribe, which sits in the Technology & Data group.

The Tech Community Programs tribe is a highly specialised group of individuals, who are the best in their fields, providing a strategic “centre of excellence” guidance across core community-focused programs for everyone in Tech at REA. This includes our tech-focused diversity, equity and inclusion programs, graduate program, springboard to tech program, tech events and sponsorships and providing best-in-class onboarding and learning opportunities for tech.

While this position supports the whole Tech Community Programs tribe, the primary focus is to ensure accurate and timely management of administration and logístical needs to support our School of Tech roadmap and tech community programs.

Working closely with the Tech L&D Specialist, Entry to Tech Specialist, Senior Tech D&I Specialist and the broader tech community, this position plays an essential role in the successful operational efficiency & impact of our School of Tech roadmap.

About REA University

This role will act as the coordinator for School of Tech, playing a key role in our vibrant and growing REA University cohort & learning community. REA University (established in 2019) is the home for learning at REA and operates as a co-ownership between the business and People & Culture. REA University is built on the foundations of a series of competency frameworks that provide the playbook for navigating & building skills for the future. REA University is made up of a number of Schools (School of Self, Business, Leadership, Tech, Sales, Product, Design & Finance) each focussing on the role-specific skills & competencies relevant to each community. Through the federated co-ownership model the School Leads have a dual responsibility - shared ownership for the global REA learning strategy along with the design, implementation & operation of that strategy as it pertains to their School.

What the role is all about

While no two days are the same, day to day you can expect to:
- Support the Tech L&D Specialist & Tech Community Programs Team with coordination, administration and logistics relating to all our School of Tech learning activities and experiences.- Manage the end-to-end administration for all learning experiences and events - including course creation and session management, enrolment, invitations, evaluation, venue and catering requirements, creation of workbooks and templates etc- Act as first point of call for all learning related queries through a variety of channels - inbox, slack etc - connecting with our learners & their managers.- Support learning projects and programs including Tech Onboarding, technology learning platforms such as A Cloud Guru and Frontend Masters and our Agile Bootcamps- Provide logistics & coordination support as you liaise with our learning partners- Support the broader Tech Community Programs Team team in the delivery of broader community initiatives

Who we’re looking for- You will have a few runs on the board - previous experience in an administration or coordination role (ideally within a L&D function).- You love detail, process and admin. You’re all about finding efficiencies & driving the process. You’ve got a knack for planning and organisation.- You’re proactive in using your logical thinking skills to find solutions & problem solve.
