**Job Description - Graduate Tech Support**

This growing IT company are looking to expand their team with elite graduate talent. This all-rounded role allows you to provide technical support to staff as well as monitor the system’s performance and security. This is a proactive role where you will be exposed to a large range of tasks and responsibilities.

**Job Responsibilities
- Graduate Tech Support**
As an IT Graduate your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Provide technical support for staff and clients
- Set up devices such as phones and laptops
- Set up new users into the system
- Troubleshoot issues (e.g., headset troubles, printers and computer problems)
- Monitor system performance and ensure all is running smoothly
- Ensure the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure
- This is a graduate role where you will work closely with industry experts so expect lots of hands-on direct training_

**Job Requirements - Graduate Tech Support**
- Degree in Information Systems (or similar)
- Familiar with the fundamentals of IT (computer hardware, computer software, networking and internet)
- Familiar with scripting/ development
- An understanding of cyber security and the terminology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A problem-solving attitude
- A willingness to learn
- Team player
- Must have a driver's license
