This is transformational work. It involves thinking across the lifecycle from supporting parents at key transition points, to redesigning and resourcing support roles, to nurturing aspiration in people with complex disabilities. The foundation is seeking to understand how homes are linked to communities and what we need to do to ensure that both are spaces of welcome and belonging.
- Shifting community attitudes about people with disability

In partnership with people with disability and other key stakeholders, the Foundation is starting its work with a focus on cognitive disability. The Foundation is currently working with world experts in identifying and influencing mindsets and societal attitudes.
**About the role**
This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills to make a difference. You will be joining a new organisation dedicated to raising resources to promote social inclusion for people with disabilities. We aim to promote change at scale by shifting community attitudes and building a fit for purpose housing system.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team
- Plan, prepare and coordinate meeting requirements including supporting meeting execution, minute taking and actively following up task to ensure timely completion
- Undertake basic research and analysis and contribute to the preparation of project briefs
- Organise events (liaise with participants, schedule, book venues / set up technology, produce collateral for invites / pre-reading)
- Liaise with third parties including suppliers, venues, presenters, vendors, and catering

**About you**
- Demonstrated project management support skills: experience assisting in the successful delivery of the full project life cycle
- Demonstrated experience in event coordination
- Experience working in start-up environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills and experience coordinating working groups
- Strong ability to manage priorities autonomously, and complete tasks to a high standard within given timeframes
