We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Global Healthcare Client to drive their Clinician Productivity Solutions.

You will work in close collaboration with Solution Architects, Adoption Specialists, Solution Advisors, and Implementation Specialists, as well as directly with customers to ensure a clear understanding of solution capabilities and intended project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation projects for Clinician Productivity Solutions and/or Revenue Cycle Management
  • Define project scope, objectives, roles, and responsibilities in alignment with business requirements
  • Coordinate project team resources, including Adoption Specialists, Solution Advisors, Technical, Support, and Systems Engineers
  • Lead and monitor all phases of implementation, managing change processes, timelines, and budgets
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Manage escalation processes to ensure rapid, constructive issue resolution
  • Oversee documentation of discovery and project activities in tracking systems, ensuring all deliverables are complete before project closure
  • Manage benefits realisation plans to achieve specific customer outcomes identified during initiation.

Experience Required

  • Relevant project management experience
  • Strong affinity with IT and the healthcare industry
  • Experience with clinician speech-to-text technology and/or clinical coding software
  • Knowledge of clinical documentation and/or clinical coding workflows
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict with a problem-solving and customer-focused approach
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain (engineering, informatics, (para)medical sciences or healthcare management
  • PRINCE2, PMP, or PMBOK certification is highly desirable.
