Microsoft Power Platform Consultant

Do you have a strong background in M365 and a love for developing solutions in the Power suite of products including Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI?
The beauty of this role is that it's all projects and consulting to end clients to deliver solutions to users that will change their working lives saving them time and putting a smile on their face at the same time. It's not all day behind a computer, there's time spent observing users, mapping workflows and discussing client requirements around a boardroom table and a cup of coffee.
Some MSPs are too big to feel comfortable, more of a number and a bum on a seat than somewhere you feel you're really needed. Sure there's plenty of structure and resources but that's not everything.
Some MSPs are too small. They simply don't have the scale and haven't matured enough to have good structures and procedures for consistently delivering for their clients.
This MSP is just right. Big enough to have good structure in place for delivery, small enough to be nimble and feel like everyone is playing a crucial role. Large enough to be professional and competitive and financially stable, small enough to care.
This is a critical role that really matters in an MSP that feels, just right.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated no-code developer or M365 consultant that may have some Powersuite skills now but really wants to grow them in a small to mid tier company context.

We need a driven and proactive professional who is a quick learner and will thrive in driving and managing a diverse portfolio of projects, while actively engaging with clients to assist them in implementing and adopting Microsoft technologies.
If your skills in the Power suite are mainly from your own projects rather than commercial ones, then we will still consider you for the role.
The core skills we are looking for are:
- An ability to consult with external clients on workflow and dashboard projects
- Technical skills in Power Automate, Power Bi and Power Apps
- An understanding of business data and data sources, not just report or dashboard writing skills
- Reasonable understanding in M365 (Azure AD, Sharepoint - some exposure here is required)
- Any other infrastructure project or support skills are a a bonus
Attention to detail, doing a job well, and being on top of your game technically are all essential attributes for this role. You will need to have outstanding communication skills and be able to work in a team.
