What You Will Be Doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide expert advice and support on contract matters and service delivery requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of contracts, including drafting amendments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and KPIs.
  • Oversee invoicing and payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and analyse contract terms to identify risks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date document management system for all contract-related documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve contract-related issues promptly.
  • Manage and resolve day-to-day issues related to contract delivery and performance.
  • Support the full contract lifecycle, from initiation and execution through to completion and renewal.

  • Pathology experience preferred
  • Excellent document management and record-keeping skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
