What You Will Be Doing
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert advice and support on contract matters and service delivery requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Manage all administrative aspects of contracts, including drafting amendments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and KPIs.
- Oversee invoicing and payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and analyse contract terms to identify risks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date document management system for all contract-related documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve contract-related issues promptly.
- Manage and resolve day-to-day issues related to contract delivery and performance.
- Support the full contract lifecycle, from initiation and execution through to completion and renewal.

- Strong understanding of contract administration and compliance principles.
- Pathology experience preferred
- Excellent document management and record-keeping skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
