**About the role**

Pinot & Picasso are searching for a highly-motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for being an account manager and executing our marketing campaigns across franchisee accounts. Your goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally, boost conversions and increase brand awareness while under the direction of the Digital Marketing team.

**Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement and optimise multiple digital marketing campaigns across Meta,
Google and other popular platforms
- Manage multiple franchisee/client accounts concurrently
- Analyse campaign performance data to derive actionable insights
- Hold strategy calls with each account to review and implement campaigns and budgets
- Report return on investment and other key performance metrics to Digital Marketing

Specialist
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
- Prepare and present accurate reports on marketing campaign performance
- Coordinate with wider marketing and creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative growth strategies
- Assist Head Office team with digital or marketing-related requests and tasks
- Manage and maintain data streams between Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google

Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Klaviyo, WooCommerce and other digital platforms
- Setup and optimise conversion tracking across all platforms (not essential, but willing to upskill if required)

**Digital Marketing Executive Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position

(preferably agency-side/client facing)
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

**Hours**
Full Time: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm *one day per week to WFH.
Location: Head Office is in Penrith, NSW. Sydney-Based or willing to travel.

**Salary**: $70,000 - $75,000 + Super, based on experience.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
