**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to inform targeting strategies.
- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets to maximize campaign performance and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and designers, to ensure alignment between paid media efforts and overall marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage large advertising budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
- Continuous reporting to provide actionable insights to the team.
- Manage external agencies, from writing initial agency briefs, through to campaign execution and ensuring they are held accountable for their deliverables.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years' experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative campaigns.
- Experience with Meta platforms advantageous.
