The opportunity

As the Training Advisor, you will provide and promote a professional quality training service for all Perilya employees and
assist Contractors with safe transition into our workforce through delivery and coordination of training activities. Your
key duties will include, but not limited to:

Facilitate training of Perilya and contractor employees as requested by the Senior Training Advisor;
Deliver training in a way that engages participants and allows them to progress at an effective pace for the

desired outcome;
Provide quality documentation to company standards, national standards and industry best practice;
Monitor the quantity and quality of task observations, JSAs and formal inspections by the training team;
Conduct workplace inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards;
Regular communication with peers to help them meet their work to role requirements;
Training is made available to people on an as needed basis; &
Relevant information is sourced from internal and external sources and communicated to people who may need

it.

What will you bring?

Certificate IV Training and Assessing (highly desirable)
Experience in Coaching and training
Current Australian Drivers Licence
Strong exposure to an operational working environment, with Mining Experience in heavy vehicle and machinery

equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
