We’re seeking an experienced **Installations Manager** to lead our installation department and ensure every sign we deliver is installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

In this role, you’ll coordinate daily installs across a wide range of projects — from vehicle graphics and shopfronts to large-scale building and pylon signage. You’ll manage installation teams and subcontractors, plan schedules and logistics, oversee site safety, and liaise with clients and project managers to ensure every job runs seamlessly. From planning through to completion, you’ll take ownership of each project, maintain clear communication across departments, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage and schedule signage installations across multiple sites
- Lead and support installers and subcontractors
- Conduct site checks, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards
- Coordinate with production team to meet deadlines
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve on site
- Maintain client satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving

**What you’ll bring**:

- Proven experience in signage installation or related construction trade
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Current driver’s license
