Whilst we are a national company, we have a close-knit warehouse team that supports our customers and the wider business. We are now looking for a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our warehouse team in Arundel.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the QLD State Manager, you will add significant value by:

- Learning about and training team members on warehouse processes across our three main divisions (Stone, Tools and Equipment and Machinery).
- Conducting monthly 1:1s and coaching the warehouse team on their performance.
- Ensuring OH&S policies, procedures and standards are being adhered to.
- Providing hands-on support to the team when required such as helping to unload and label stone slabs or pick-packing tools and equipment.
- Completing administration such as receiving invoices and passing them onto the Accounts team.
- Providing customer service when required.

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful in this role you will need to tick the criteria below:

- Warehouse experience
- Experience leading or supervising others
- Ability to lift 20kg
