As a customer care representative in the online technical support group you will be working with a team of engineers to ensure we provide world leading customer satisfaction.

Experience in phone management, and or SAP CRM will be an advantage but not a necessity as we pride ourselves on high quality training.

**Qualifications**:
1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer facing role where customer satisfaction was a key outcome

experience with phone systems and SAP CRM is an advantage

attention to detail, a love of process accuracy, and an interest in science
