Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to start their career through a Certificate III in Customer Engagement over 12 months, located in Mulgrave & hosted by Cornick Group.

Our Traineeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Duties:

  • Interact with customers over the phone and in person, providing exceptional service.

  • Assist customers with sales inquiries and offer technical support on our product range.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to confidently answer customer questions.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Learn how to manage customer interactions using CRM system.

Skills and responsibilities:

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft suite

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Have a strong work ethic and motivated to learn

  • Passionate for field & result driven
