**Description & Requirements**:

- Monadelphous are seeking a Turnaround Quality Lead to join our Queensland Power Generation Operations on an initial 6 month contract commencing early 2025.
- The Turnaround Quality Lead will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Monadelphous Quality Management policy, system, and strategies within a multidisciplinary consortium during a power station shutdown. This position will see you working Monday to Friday, based in Brisbane during pre and post outage, and on a continuous roster arrangement during the outages, based in Regional QLD.

- Focal point for operational and engineering completion deliverables
- Reporting on and being accountable for project quality KPIs

- Providing quality assurance support to the project teams
- Maintaining QA/QC systems and procedures
- Creating work packs and job scheduling
- Communicating job status with the Project Manager, and Quality & Welding Manager
- Developing and implementing quality deliverables such as Inspection and Test Plans, Field Inspection Check sheets and welding related documentation
- Coordinating the management of non-destructive testing activities
- Preparing MDR’sIssuing Non-Conformance Reports and providing Root Cause Analysis**What you will bring**
- Australian recognised mechanical or fabrication trade certificate or tertiary degree in a similar discipline
- Previous experience in a mechanical QA role, working in the Power Generation industry
- Functional experience and knowledge in NDT disciplines
- The ability to obtain relevant information, identify key issues and relationships, compare data from different sources and identify cause-effect relationships
- Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- A motivated and proactive approach to quality management and reporting
- A clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Proof of right to work in Australia
