**Opportunity for a Quality Lead to join one of Australia’s leading FMCG businesses on a day shift shift**

**Who will you be working with?**
Our client is a national FMCG company. This is a great opportunity to work with one of Australia’s most diverse and experienced food manufacturing organisations - the specialise in the production of wholesome meat and plant based products.

**What will you be doing?**
- Performing process inspections at all stages of production
- Preparing laboratory solutions and samples
- Shelf-life assessment
- Performing quality tests
- Raw Material monitoring and testing
- Cleaning, maintaining and calibrating laboratory instruments and equipment

**What do you need?**
- 3+ years experience as a QC/QA within FMCG
- To be goal orientated with strong people skills
- HACCP and Food QC knowledge
- Be hands on
- Good general knowledge of food safety and quality hazards, risks and control measures
- Be a strong team player with good communication skills
- Laboratory Experience
