General Manager Customer Experience, Wellbeing & Innovation

Purpose of the role:
With creativity and innovation lead the teams by taking a system design approach maintains and enhances RSLLC’s ability to meet the needs of Seniors, the Elderly and Veterans in metropolitan and rural settings. Ensuring the quality of catering and food services across the organisation and to attract, engage and retain a diverse base of caring and supportive volunteers

What will you be doing?- Work with customers and research leaders to create solutions that address health and ageing challenges through project and services design, new ways of using technology and new models of care and support.- Inspire and motivate the LifeStyle and Wellbeing team to provide customers with opportunities unique to them that focus on each individual’s abilities in the area of leisure, lifestyle, wellness, building communities and fun- Inspire and motivate a geographically dispersed and multi-disciplinary Hospitality Services team (including sub-contractors) to provide high quality catering & laundry services, create standardisation, continuous improvement, drive industry leading standards and innovation, and cost efficiencies across the organisation- Commercially manage and grow the Therapy & LifeStyle Centre (currently includes allied health providers and medical services like GPs, Pathology, Physiotherapy) at Narrabeen NSW. Scale for growth across the RSLLC network- Leadership and management over all allied health provider sub-contractors agreements / contracts- Work collaboratively with the Procurement Team, lead the contract management of all outsourced services from our facilities as they relate to this role- Create a thriving, inclusive and diverse team of volunteers which meets the changing demands for capable and committed volunteers in communities across RSLLC

Who are you and where are you now?- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health Service Management or other relevant field.- 5-10 years of executive level operational experience required.- 10+ years at the senior management level is preferred- You have a presence and exceptional influencing skills demonstrated by your success- You have proven ability to develop and implement modern models of care- You may have worked in the not for profit sector- You understand the regulatory requirement of running a business like RSLLC.- Fully committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
