Join us as our new Customer Experience Coordinator, you will assist the Customer Experience team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers across Retirement Living, Residential Aged Care, and Home Care.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating team activities, meetings, events, and travel arrangements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing business processes, and compiling reports. You will uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and feedback, while actively contributing to the enhancement of community joy through a customer-centric approach.

Who are you:
- Hold a relevant Degree or diploma.- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple functions.- Proficient in technology with competency in systems and databases.- Proactive and able to take initiative to resolve issues promptly.- Possess a current Australian driver’s license.- Ability to comprehend and interpret financial reports and working with various datasets will be advantageous.
