**About the Role**
McMahon Services is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join their close-knit HR team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support across various functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a diverse and challenging environment, where you will handle a range of HR matters, from disciplinary procedures to process improvement projects. You will be reporting to the HR Manager, who is a seasoned HR professional with 20+ years' experience in the field.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle disciplinary matters and provide guidance on performance management.Manage end-to-end HR processes, including case management and resolution.Provide expert advice and support on a wide range of HR-related issues to employees and management.-
Collaborate with the HR team on projects focused on process improvement and enhancing the employee experience.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
**Requirements**:
Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.Proven experience as an HR generalist, with exposure to handling disciplinary matters and case management.Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.A passion to drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience.
