We are currently working in partnership with a State Government Health service. They are looking for an AO5 Procurement and Contracts Coordinator to join their team that promotes work life balance through flexible working arrangements.
About the role:
Responsibilities will include:
- Undertake end to end procurement activities of low-medium risk.
- Converting purchase orders in SAP
- Reporting.
- Provide timely, professional, and accurate procurement advice to internal customers and suppliers.
- Administer the contracts management system and liaise with Operational Contract Managers to facilitate activity/outcomes as necessary.
- Stakeholder engagement and quoting.
- Other ADHOC procurement tasks as required.
Criteria:
- Previous experience within health or government.
- Experience with SAP or S/4HANA
- Proficient with systems or finance (i.e. previous finance related roles) would be ideal and beneficial to success in this role.
